Wyoming Craft Brewers Guild "Clays & Craft"

The Wyoming Craft Brewers Guild is pleased to invite you to an afternoon of sport clay shooting in Casper, Wyoming. This event is our spring fundraiser and meet-up to encourage and foster friendships among the craft brewing community of Wyoming, as well as our valued associate members, sponsors and craft beer enthusiasts.

Date: Saturday March 28^th

Time 1-4pm (Please arrive 10-15 minutes before)

Location: Casper Skeet, Trap and Sporting Clays facility 700 JC’s Way

The afterparty at Gruner Brothers from 5-10 PM will include an awards ceremony fueled by plenty of delicious beer, appetizers, a silent auction and great live music!

**20 Gauge and 12 Gauge Shells may be purchased from the Guild at the event 

Things you will need:

Appropriate clothing and shoes/boots for walking. Thinner but warm jackets and thin warm gloves are recommended. (Bulky coats and gloves make raising handling your gun difficult.) 

Something to carry your shells for yourself or for your group

Safety glasses or protective eyewear

Hearing protection

Your own shotgun. If you do not have a gun please let us know and we can make arrangements to rent and provide one for you

Shotgun target grade shells that fit your gun properly, or they can be purchased at event. Sales from shells benefit the Craft Brewer’s Guild

Sporting clays is a twelve-station rotation in which clay targets simulate a hunting like situation. Each person shoots at 100 targets over the course of the day. 

We would like to see teams of at least 2-6 people so ask your friends to join you. 

*No alcohol should be consumed prior or during the shooting event.

*Must attend safety meeting and sign waiver prior to shooting event.

*Fun and Safety must go together

*Please pickup all your spent shells to keep the shooting area clean
